Delivery

We ship items within 3-5 working days, using Royal mail first class. We can offer next day and insured shipping using Fedex. Please let us know prior to placing order as there may be an additional cost. For UK mainland, please allow 3-7 days for arrival of the goods from dispatch date.

International shipping, we will use Royal mail first class signed for, so you will need to sign upon delivery. Please allow up to 2 weeks for international delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for all international custom and duty fees.

We will wrap and package all the items pretty and secure using recycled materials wherever possible. Family Tree can not to be responsible for loss or damage during transit.

We won't issue a receipt with every order unless requested.

Returns 

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. 
If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent. 

VAT 

All our goods include VAT .We are unable to refund VAT on overseas orders.

Disclaimer 

Jewellery pieces have small charms, which are not suitable for babies and young children. 
As most of our items are handmade and finished with slight variations, pattern positions of each piece are unique.
