How to order & make payment

You can order on line securely through PAYPAL. Alternatively we accept credit card or cheque (in GBP) made payable to Family Tree, please e-mail us to arrange payment.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible but most of our items are made in very small run. If the item will take more than a week to be ready, we will e-mail you the estimated lead-time at the order.

Postage

we offer discounts for multiple order. Orders are sent by first class post. If your address is non-UK mainland, Scottish Highlands or overseas please email us for a quote as additional delivery charges will apply. 

Returns

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with provided they are returned in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please ask for proof of postage from the post office for your returned item, as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty.
If an item you have received is damaged please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.

VAT

All our goods include VAT .We are unable to refund VAT on overseas orders.

Disclaimer

Jewellery pieces have small charms, which are not suitable for babies and young children.
As most of our items are handmade and finished with slight variations, pattern positions of each piece are unique.
